Our Team

Rick is the Water Dr. himself! Rick decided to start this company with his wife, Suzanne, in late 2010 to provide efficient water filtrations services and more to the people in his home state. Rick has a relatable personality and knowledge of the industry that very few people have, which helps him lead his team. Multiple other companies in Connecticut still call him to this day for his suggestions. Rick has worked in this industry for more than 40 years and holds many licenses and certifications. When it comes to figuring out water problems, Rick is the person to call! Rick grew up in Ansonia, CT, and outside of work, he enjoys being with his family and taking trips on his boat.

Matt started working with the Water Dr. back in 2011 after getting his BS in Molecular Biology at Southern Connecticut State University. AS part of our team, his responsibilities include SEO marketing, well pump/filter technician, radon mitigation/testing certified (nationally), managing schedules, and answering overnight phone calls. Matt is from Oxford, CT, and in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his son and wife and their dog and cat.

Margie plays an essential role in our day-to-day operation. She keeps everything moving along efficiently during the day and answers any phone calls throughout the day here at the Water Dr. When any of our technicians needs something, she makes sure it gets done. When she’s not working, Margie enjoys spending time with her friends and making sure there are always snacks on hand!

Josh joined the Water Dr. Family back in 2018. He values hard work, and when needed, he is always ready to go out on an emergency call late at night because he always wants to make sure everyone is taken care of before he goes home. Josh has a love for fast cars and football. As well, Josh takes excellent care of his tools and spends time making sure his truck is always spotless.

Dennis is not afraid to get down and dirty and is never one to go home early, so he can make sure everything that needs to be done is all set. He is our radon testing and mitigating expert and is an important part of our team. In Dennis’s spare time, he enjoys running with his dogs and tending to his farm with his family.
