Had an issue where I was getting little to no water coming from any of my faucets. Called the Water Dr. And left a voicemail. Got a call back from Matt within 30 minutes who told me he was already on the road and could be at my house in 15 minutes.

Matt arrived at my house with his apprentice and was extremely friendly. Matt and his apprentice were extremely respectful of me and my yappy dog and made me feel less like a novice homeowner and more like a friend. Matt got right to work and was super helpful breaking down my system for me in order to better understand how my water worked and made sure I was aware of anything I needed to be doing differently.

Turned out I needed new filters and a piece for my water softener. Matt had everything in his truck and got the work done quickly and cleaned up after himself. He triple checked all the work he had done and even looked at another system I had to make recommendations on when to service that.

The price was fair and the work was great. Will absolutely be using the Water Dr. going forward and recommending them to anyone with water needs.
