Matt from Water Dr took my calls for our well pump not working and gave me some options to try on my own before he would have to come out. His quote was more than reasonable compared to the other companies I contacted and he checked in on us in the morning to make sure we were okay. My father ended up having a friend who owns a well service company who helped us out, but Matt was great and clearly a wonderful person. I contacted many companies and besides the family friend, Matt was the only person who seemed to genuinely care about our issue and not just try to get the job. If we ever have well issues in the future we’ll use him and I’ve recommended him to several people already.
