Josh from the Water Dr. LLC serviced our well pump and filters recently. Our system was in distress due to lack of a required yearly service which we had inadvertently missed. When he identified that the system had failed he took quick action to ensure we had a smooth transition and installation of new system on the same day.

He also took the time to explain how the system works and why it was so important to service the equipment yearly. Much to my surprise he created an alarm event on the pump that will give us notice to schedule our service call next year! Thank you Josh for such great service and for going the extra mile! Very happy with the results!
