My wife and I are new 1st time home owners and when we moved into our home we knew nothing about the inner workings of all the mysterious machines in our basement such as the evil Sump Pump!. This thing decided to stop working on day 1 of a potential hurricane. We woke up to a flooded basement and tried pumping water to no avail. We finally decided to get a pro’s help and Well Dr. sent us Mr. Dennis. This guy was a blessing as his knowledge and humor kept our anxiety of the situation at bay. Not only did he replace our busted pump but he also reattached the hose that was improperly installed. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions (and there were many). He even gave us a tutorial of our pump, water softener, and a filtration system which we were clueless about.
